At The Sunray Companies, our passion for people runs deep.

Passion for Our People

We are responsible for over 700 team members and their families who count on us every day for their livelihood. We take that responsibility seriously. We offer competitive pay and some of the best benefits in our industry. We believe investment in our people not only allows us to better serve our guests, but gives our team members the opportunity to grow personally and professionally. We are proud of the fact that most of our operations team leaders started as hourly team members and developed into leadership roles with The Sunray Companies.

Each team member at The Sunray Companies has goals and expectations whether management-level or front desk-facing. These align with each property’s overall KPIs for the month and the year.
