Our executive team has developed over 25 hotel properties since 1999 from limited-service to full-service brands in partnership with Certified Hospitality Corporation, Inc and Certified Construction Co, Inc. In August 2024, we launched Sunray Maintenance and Construction, LLC which aligns our construction and maintenance teams under one umbrella.
